These terms govern use of egspack.com and business conducted with EGS Foodservice Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (“EGS”). By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to raw-material availability. Orders are confirmed on receipt of written acceptance and any agreed advance. Minimum order quantities and lead times are stated per quotation and depend on specification and print requirements.
Samples
Sample kits of standard products are provided free of charge; courier costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Pre-production print proofs are provided for approval before bulk runs.
Artwork and intellectual property
Buyers warrant that artwork supplied for printing does not infringe third-party rights and authorise EGS to reproduce it solely for their order. All site content is the property of EGS.
Quality and claims
Goods are inspected before dispatch against agreed specifications. Claims for shortages or defects must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt with supporting evidence; EGS’s liability is limited to replacement of the affected goods or refund of their invoice value.
Shipping and risk
Delivery terms (e.g. FOB, CIF) are as stated on the order confirmation and follow Incoterms 2020. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions contact export@egscup.com.
