Choose the construction, not just the size.
Each build behaves differently in the hand and on the line. Here is what each one is, and when it is the right call.
Ripple wall
A fluted outer layer bonded to the cup body traps air and insulates. Holds heat without a separate sleeve, and the corrugation gives a premium grip — our core product and the one most specialty coffee buyers standardise on.
Double wall
A smooth second wall bonded over the base cup. Insulates like ripple but presents a flat, uninterrupted print surface — the better choice when artwork detail matters more than grip texture.
Single wall
One layer of coated board. The efficient workhorse for cold drinks, vending and any application where insulation is not required and cost per piece is the priority.
Poly-coated
Paperboard with a thin polyethylene lining providing the liquid barrier. Widely accepted, reliable, and recyclable through streams equipped to separate the coating.
PLA compostable
The same board lined with polylactic acid, a plant-derived bioplastic rather than a petroleum one. Designed to break down under industrial composting — specify this where your market requires certified compostability.
Printed to your brand
Up to six colours, printed on our own line. Keeping print in house is why registration, brand colour accuracy and lead time stay under our control instead of a third party’s.
